CPR Training For Residents and Businesses in the Nepean areaof Ottawa, Ontario. 

We recommend these courses to the Nepean general public, health care providers, designated workplace First Aid teams, lifeguards, police, fire fighters, and other first responders.

This Nepean course teaches CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation). CPR is a combination of breathing and chest compressions.  CPR is the same as Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS).  All CPR classes also include AED (Automated External Defibrillator) certification

You can take a CPR/AED class by itself or in combination with Emergency or Standard First Aid.

CPR A is for Adult casualties. It is designed to help you respond when someone age 8yrs and older has a respiratory or cardiac emergency. The course is intended for the general public, rescuers or designated workplace rescuers.

CPR C is for Adult, Child, and Baby casualties. It is designed to help you respond when someone of any age has a respiratory or cardiac emergency. A highly recommended course.  The course is intended for the general public, Health care providers, designated workplace First Aid teams, lifeguards, police, fire fighters, and other first responders.
